Technologies Private Limited collects and processes your
Personal Data (defined below) through your use of our
applications (i) Baazigar Application and/or (ii) Baaz Runner
Application

application that is made available by us for download on mobile
and connected devices, (hereinafter our Apps, our Website and

on mobile or connected devices are collectively referred to as
“Platforms”). Baaz Runner and Baazigar are two different
applications. Riders are provided with replacement assets in
case of malfunction on field. This transaction is marked in Baaz
Runner based on OTP provided in the Baazigar app.

Definitions

“Baaz Bikes” means The physical entity of the electric vehicle
along with or without the battery, it may be used to refer to
the Elec Torq Technologies as well.

“Personal Data” means any data about an individual who is
identifiable by or in relation to such data;

“Third Parties” means and included third-party vendors and/or
third-party processors engaged by us during the course of our
business and/or visitors to the Website.

“Processing” means a wholly or partly automated operation or set
of operations performed on digital personal data, and includes
operations such as collection, recording, organisation,
structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, alignment or
combination, indexing, sharing, disclosure by transmission,
dissemination or otherwise making available, restriction,
erasure or destruction.

“Processor” means any person who processes personal data on
behalf of Elec Torq.

and/or uses our Apps and/or Website, including customers,
employees of Elec Torq and / or Third Parties (collectively
referred to as “Users”, “you”). This Privacy Policy does not
extend to any websites or applications that may be accessed from
the Apps and/or Website including, but not limited to any links
we may provide to any other websites or applications.

We follow this Privacy Policy in accordance with the applicable
laws, including but not limited to the (Indian) Information
Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and
Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and the
(Indian) Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For some
products, applications, services, or events, we may have
additional privacy notices. These notices should be read
together with this Privacy Policy.

laws and regulations gonverning your use of our Platforms and in
particular agree to adhere to your duties under the (Indian)
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You further agree to

to, the Baaz Bikes you use;

products/services, marketing, customer relationships and

User specific data is captured to show them the nearest Baaz
Swap Stations and to provide better support in case of on road
assistance. This information is captured but not stored by Baaz
Bikes

Change In Purpose

We will only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which
we collected it. If we need to use your Personal Data for
another purpose, we will tell you about it and explain why we
are doing it. We may also ask for your permission, depending on
the applicable laws.

consent or knowledge where this is required or permitted by
applicable laws.

We may share your Personal Data with the parties set out below
in the following limited circumstances:

Our third party service providers in the course of our

Personal Data collected by using cookies is used to customize
the Platforms and enhance the value of the features offered

All the Personal Data provided by you will be uploaded to secure
servers in India that are controlled by us. We may also use
third party processors to store Personal Data collected from

Elec Torq treats all Personal Data it receives from you as
confidential and does not use the Personal Data for any purpose
other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

All the user data is protected according to AWS data security
policy, additionally user Bank information is encrypted to
further secure it against any possible breach.

We regularly review our security measures to make sure they are
keeping your Personal Data safe. However, no security measures
are perfect.

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably
necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including
for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax,
accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your
Personal Data for a longer period for, including but not limited
to, legal obligations post uninstalling the Apps, or
deactivation or termination of account on our Platforms, or
backup or archival purposes, or in the event of a complaint or
if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in
respect to our relationship with you.

Personal Data by considering the amount, nature and sensitivity
of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from
unauthorised use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the

Data Grievance Officer, you may also reach out and complain
to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner
mentioned in paragraph 17 below.

your privacy rights on your behalf if you are unable to do
so yourself. This could be because of death or an inability
to exercise your rights due to unsoundness or mind or bodily
infirmity.

Right to appoint consent manager:
You can choose to appoint a consent manager i.e., registered
with the Data Protection Board of India to give, manage,
review or withdraw consent on your behalf.

Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw your
consent to us processing your Personal Data at any time. We
will stop processing your Personal Data once you withdraw
your consent. However, withdrawing your consent will not
affect any processing that we did before you withdrew your
consent. We may also be unable to provide you with certain
products or services if you withdraw your consent. We will
tell you if this is the case when you withdraw your consent
